Booking and Payment Terms &
Conditions
You can Email to
establish availability, please do not send a booking form until you
have spoken to us.
O nce availability has been
checked you can print a
booking form
and send it together with your deposit.
A deposit is required for all
bookings, the amount of deposit is the first nights booking
cost. Unless the booking is secured with a credit or debit card.
You may secure your booking via telephone by using your
debit or credit card.
No payment is taken
from your credit/debit card prior to your arrival, your details are
held as security of the booking only.
payment can be made by; cash, cheque, debit/credit card when you
arrive.
Your card details
will ONLY be processed without you being present if you cancel your
booking or do not arrive for your booked date or in the case of any
damage or breakages being found after you have checked out.
The amount processed
against your card will be in accordance with the cancellation policy
below.
A
deposit is to be paid WITHIN 7 DAYS of any booking made.
(Please see Tariff for payment details).
We only
send confirmation of any booking by email.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of you cancelling the booking the following conditions will apply:
More than 30 days
notice - No charge against card. If a deposit is paid by cash,
cheque or Postal order then a full refund will be given.
Less than 30 days
notice - The deposit amount of the first nights booking will be
charged to the card details given or no refund if deposit paid by
cash, cheque or postal order. However if
the room is rebooked for the full period originally cancelled, then
a full refund will be given or no charge to the card.
Less than 7 days notice will result in
the full
amount being charged to the card details given. However every attempt will be made to re-let the room(s) booked, any dates during your booked dates that are not re-let
will be charged at the normal room only rate.
Cancellations on the
day or failure to arrive will result in the
FULL
amount being charged
to your card.
YOU ARE
SERIOUSLY ADVISED
TO CONSIDER OBTAINING HOLIDAY INSURANCE.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Cancellations made on the day of actual booking or failure to arrive
will result in FULL payment being charged to your debit/credit card
without you being present.
Cheques/postal orders
to be made payable to 'St Annes Hotel'.
PLEASE NOTE: A surcharge of 2% applies
to credit card transactions, business credit or debit cards will
incur a £5 charge, a one off charge of 54p for all debit
card transactions will apply. These charges are set by the bank to
which we are charged.
