Booking and Payment Terms & Conditions
You can Email to establish availability, otherwise please call us on 01493 843795 between 9am - 9pm.
All bookings are to be made over the telphone and
bookings are to be secured with a credit card. No payment is taken from your credit card prior to your arrival, your details are held as security of the booking only. Payment can be made by; cash or debit/credit card when you arrive.Your card details will ONLY be processed without you being present if you cancel your booking or do not arrive for your booked date or in the case of any damage or breakages being found after you have checked out. Please see our cancellation policy below.
The amount processed against your card will be in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
We will only send confirmation of any booking made by email and if requested.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of you cancelling the booking the following conditions will apply:
More than 30 days notice - No charge against card. If a deposit is paid by cash, cheque or Postal order then a full refund will be given.
Less than 30 days notice - The deposit amount of the first nights booking will be charged to the card details given or no refund if deposit paid by cash, cheque or postal order. However if the room is rebooked for the full period originally cancelled, then a full refund will be given or no charge to the card.
Less than 7 days notice - This will result in the full amount being charged to the card details given. However, every attempt will be made to re-let the room(s) booked, any dates during your booked dates that are not re-let will be charged at the normal room only rate.
Cancellations on the day or failure to arrive will result in the FULL amount being charged to your card.
YOU ARE SERIOUSLY ADVISED TO CONSIDER OBTAINING HOLIDAY INSURANCE.
VERY IMPORTANT: Cancellations made on the day of actual booking or failure to arrive will result in FULL payment being charged to your debit/credit card without you being present.
In the case of making a payment by Cheque or Postal order Cheques/postal orders to be made payable to 'St Annes Hotel'. Cheques are only accepted if received at St Annes 7 days prior to booking, we no longer accept cheques at the hotel for payment.
PLEASE NOTE: A surcharge of 2% applies to credit card transactions, business credit or debit cards will incur a £5 charge, a one off charge of 54p for all debit card transactions will apply. These charges are set by the bank to which we are charged.
Payment by Paypal will incur a 3% charge.
